Hola, he escuchado la entrevista y me encanta… el projecto de Eat Intuition me parece maravilloso. No sólo apoyan a los artesanos y a los pequeños productores sino tambiéon a las mujeres y a los artistas visuales. Es una gran lástima que la foto sea un error, ojalá lo corrijan y coloquen una foto de un plato de la chef. Tuve la oportunidad de probar sus platos hace años y sé que son planeados y preparados con cuidado, amor y respeto por los ingredientes y el paladar. Me encantaría conocer el local que se ve super, con un aire femenino. Buena suerte!!!
Hi, I just listened to the interview and I love it… the Eat Intuition project is wonderful. You are not only supporting artisans, small producers but also women and visual artists. It is really a shame that they put the wrong photo, hopefully they will fix this mistake and put a picture of one of the chef’s dishes. I’ve had the opportunity to taste her dishes and I know that she carefully plans and prepares them, with love and respect for ingredients and the palate. I would love to see the restaurant which looks beautiful, with a feminine allure. Good luck guys!
