The Eat Intuition story began on November 12th 2004 when the two of us met in Paris. Isabella already had the idea of running her own business, to be able to freely develop and achieve her own vision of cuisine, one rich in knowledge, know-how and fulfillment. After all, the creating process urges you to express and share what you’re passionate about. We soon made up our minds for Saint-Aubin (both the house and region are pleasant to live in) and Isabella moved in for good in August 2006. From then things went very fast.So here we are, ready for you.
