ISABELLA
LOSADA DE ARMAS

Born in Caracas (Venezuela) in 1972, Isabella started her career as a journalist after she completed her master in « communication social » at Universidad Central de Venezuela. In 1998 she turns her career path to culinary arts and leaves for France and the Paul BOCUSE’s Culinary Institute in Lyon. She finishes perfecting her knowledge of French traditions at LA MERE BRAZIER restaurant.
